Awesome cafe serving delicious "home cooked" style food and real chai. Friendly staff, great atmosphere and background music is classic. If your travelling through stop in at The Black Apple for a great feed.

I thought I had already written a review here but realised I hadn't and I definitely needed too. This cafe is amazing. The food is incredible, the staff are always friendly and it's great for bigger groups (we've stopped here a few times now with the work team (6+) and it has never been an issue and food is always fresh and fast!) Love stopping in on the way up or down the coast and also love that they support local producers. Image is of their recent breakfast special and it was delicious Be back again when we are in the neighbourhood (Also, the bathrooms in the centre are massive and clean and very flash)

Officially my new go to. Such a chill vibe, with down to earth staff to match, which is a nice change compared to a lot of places. Haven't dined here yet but the coffee has always been excellent. Incidentally; I almost always have sugar in my coffee whether barista brewed or home made (sweet tooth, guilty as charged.) No idea what made me say no to sugar today but this coffee is so good without it (even with an extra shot) that I may never need sugar in my coffee again. That alone is enough to make this my only coffee spot. Looking forward to seeing staff on my next visit. Bravo.

This cafe is my favourite stop when travelling to Qld. The coffee and food are always amazing. The staff is friendly and super welcoming. Don’t miss out the chance of having a slice of the best orange and almond cake!

Had a lovely lunch with my mum. I had the Seoul Bowl and an MPC smoothy. My mum had the Harissa Eggs with bacon and an Up Beet juice. It was very filling and delicious. Highly recommended by us both.

Absolutely amazing. Coffee is FANTASTIC, I’ve tried a few of the baked goods and they are epic. The scones are hands down the best scone I’ve ever eaten. Service is fabulous. Highly recommend.

Very good coffee Food is absolutely delicious. Had an absolutely amazing breakfast there recently with poached pear and date porridge being bloody delicious. Service always friendly, timely and on point. Great atmosphere with funky tunes always on the playlist
